Weather data

Soil moisture is the answer; weather is the question. ProbeSchedule pulls in on-farm and regional weather data, calculates reference evapotranspiration, and feeds it back into the rest of the platform.

On-farm weather stations

Air temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, rainfall, and solar radiation — sampled at 10–15 minute intervals.

Reference ET (ETo)

Calculated from station data using FAO-56 Penman-Monteith. Ties directly into water budgeting and graphs.

Regional fill

If your nearest station is offline or you do not have one, ProbeSchedule falls back to the closest public source.

Forecast integration

Seven-day forecast alongside actuals, so you can plan irrigations around expected rainfall and heat.

Rain mapping

See uneven rainfall across blocks at a glance — useful when one corner of the farm got hammered and another stayed dry.

Frost & heat alerts

Optional notifications when forecast or measured conditions cross thresholds you set.
